Brief Answer:
Photosensitive rash, cortisone cream, antihistaminic

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I have reviewed the attached photograph and it is looking like a photosensitive rash.
I would recommend you to apply cortisone cream on the affected areas twice daily and take antihistaminic like tablet Cetirizine 10 mg once or twice daily depending on the intensity of itching.
Also, avoid direct sun exposure.
