Brief Answer:
Possible prostate disease

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Elevated PSA is usually suggestive of a prostate disease.

In most cases this could be due to benign enlargement of prostate. But nevertheless it's advisable to rule of cancer of the prostate considering your age.

For this, I advise you to get an Ultrasound abdomen to evaluate for the same.

Review with reports to determine further course of action.

Further management largely depends on test reports.

If the reports come out clean, then there is absolutely nothing to worry.

Post your further questions if any.
Thank you
