
What Could Cause Sore Throat, Lower Jaw Spasms, Painful Swallowing And Cough?

Question: Well, the format didn't help - I have a sore throat (mostly just beyond the roof of my mouth,) some swelling below my lower jaw and cough spasms in response to a "scratchy" throat. Pain is about a 2, more when swallowing. No fever. For about a week, w/o much change. Whatcha think?
