Brief Answer:
Fatigued eyes may be an explanation.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

Fatigued eyes may result in such vision disturbances.

This is true for vision disturbances lasting few seconds which is not accompanied by other neurological symptoms such weakness of limbs, cognitive impairment, etc.

If the vision disturbances lasted longer than few minutes, or there are other symptoms present, transient ischemic attack or stroke should be considered and getting evaluated by a Neurologist at the earliest is recommended.

Hope this helps.

Please let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care.
