Question: I'm a 22 years old lady. Anytime I have sex I feel like squirting but for an unknown reasons I can't and I don't hold back too. What could cause that and what is the treatment for it.

Squirting (Female ejaculation ) is separate process from orgasm . One can squirt without Orgasm and one can have orgasm without squirting .It is orgasm that is more important which is the climax of sexual satisfaction that woman gets.
