What Could Causes Symptoms Of Nausea, Sinus Congestion, Fatigue And Throat Irritation When An HPT Test Came Positive?
Question: My 20 yo daughter is experiencing multiple symptoms, to include:
Body aches (all over) and head aches
nausea
no fever (98.0)
sinus congestion
fatigue
throat irritation
She did a home pregnancy test about one and a half weeks ago which was positive. She has had no doctor visit, as yet.
She has had these symptoms for about 3 weeks, except for the sinus congestion, which came in about a week ago.
She is quite miserable and becomes weepy. Is this something serious?
ALso, she has had stomach cramps and a bloated feeling for the past 3 weeks, too.

Stomach cramps and a bloated feeling is due to gastritis for this she can take pantoprazole with domperidone empty stomach early in morning.
Body ace and nasal congestion with fatigue, throat irritation are due to viral infection (flu) for this she can take levocetirizine 5 mg once daily and paracetamol 500 mg three times daily.
Nausea and fatigue may be due to pregnancy, there is nothing to worry, she will be all right in 3-5 days, if problem remains than she can consult local doctor for proper investigation and treatment.
