Question: I have a very sensitive shoulder which is paining even due to touch. Also, I went for a long road trip recently and developed this post that. I fear I might have done something to my spine. What could be the possible reason and what should be done? Please note that there is no swelling.

Brief Answer:
Could be nerve pressure ( C4-5) root

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I have read your complaints- which occurred after a ling road trip.
The possible reason , in my opinion could be pressure on one of the nerves ( C 5 Nerve root) in the spine , particularly if you used a bike for road trip.
The diagnosis can be confirmed by MRI of neck only.
Treatment would be pain killers , muscle relaxants and a combination of pregabalin and methycobalamine. Physiotherapy would be of help.
Thanx for the question. Please feel free to ask any other question.
