Hi,
Regarding the pain in the legs - I feel that what your kid is having is growing pains or growing pains and he does not require any medication for it as it is a self-limiting disorder.
At the most what you can do is give him calcium and Vitamin D supplements for good bone growth and that will suffice for this pains.
The best option will be to give Syrup Caldikind at 5 ml twice a day for 3 months.
Now coming to the issue of tummy pain I feel that there are two reasons for it both of which are very simple -
1. Worm infestation and this can be easily created by using syrup Albendazole 5 ml now and 5 ml after 10 days.
2. Constipation can cause sometimes pain abdomen like this and is usually the most common cause this can be treated at the best naturally rather than using a laxative syrup. I suggest that you give him at least two liters of water per day and two bowls of papaya morning and night. Apart from this better to restrict his milk intake for a total of 300ml per day.
