I finished my period about a week ago and just recently noticed that my underwear was stained with a pinkish brown discharge. I have slight cramping and tenderness in my abdomen and also have frequent urination and some headache and loss of appetite. What could this mean

Hi,

It could be your ovulation period. Generally, ovulation period occurs 12-14 days before your next period starts. During ovulation period, you might experience few symptoms like abdominal cramping, bloating of abdomen, changes in cervical mucus, spotting, breast tenderness, changes in body temperature, headache, nausea etc. You might have symptoms for 1-2 days during this period. Even if you do not experience any symptoms also do not worry. Take adequate rest.
