Question: What cream can be used for a possible/painful skin fold rash in the crease where your leg and vagina connect? Both sides are affected and I need something now. I will be going to a gyno on Tuesday

* Usually the presence of fever in such condition indicates inflammation due to underlying
bacteria.

* Primary care with tablet paracetamol ( 500 mg ) 3 times a day after meals, but will
require prescription of antibiotic tablets from your doc.
