Report ia attached, SGOT,SGPT &GGTP are above range- pls advise. Brief Answer:
looks like pancreatitis
Detailed Answer:
Hi Supreet,
Welcome again to HealthcareMagic.
Chronic alcohol intake, with pain in stomach and back with raised liver enzymes and low serum calcium levels point towards acute pancreatitis.
And this has nothing to do with tinidazole.
Get his serum lipase and amylase levels done and show him to a gastro specialist. And he might need admission and a ct scan of his abdomen (low calcium may suggest saponification, so).

What about the increased ggtp, sgot and sgpt? Is that also on account of pancreatitis?
Brief Answer:
yes maybe
Detailed Answer:
Hi Supreet,
These sgot, sgpt and ggtp are the liver enzymes and can be raised in acute pancreatitis.
In the morning show him to a gastro specialist or a surgeon and admit him if they feel necessary.
