Question: My mother had BP 150/90 yesterday and today she had BP 150/100

Your mother BP is on higher side.
recheck them for another 2 days.
Ask her to follow regular walking,low salt diet.
if bp is persistantly high after 3 days then she requires antihypertensive drugs.

Give her sprouts,boiled vegetables,lentils,fruits etc.
Avoid coffee,tea,fatty diet,spicy food.
Regular walking is mandatory.
