Question: My CPK NAC is 223....i do weights and take LIPICOR every night besides regular cardio....i am 53 in January. What should i do?

When the total CPK level is very high, it most often means there has been injury or stress to muscle tissue, the heart, or the brain. Muscle tissue injury is most likely. When a muscle is damaged, CPK leaks into the bloodstream.

As you are lifting weights and doing cardio regularly there is the increased breakdown of skeletal muscles.

Try to take Branched-chain amino acids during the workout.
Protein supplements should also be taken post workout.

Lipitor a statin also increases the level of this enzyme.
Firstly get a Trop I test done, if its normal CPK elevation, is not related to your heart.

Suggestions-
Take Branched-chain amino acids.
Take protein blends.
