Brief Answer:
Ear wax could be blocking the eardrum

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for posting the query

First of all, I would like to reassure you that the ear drops you have used is safe and would not cause any damage to the ear.

The ear block you are facing could be due to the softened wax following the use of the ear drops. The normal wax present in the external ear gets softened following the use of the ear drops and would settle down close to the eardrum thus causing a temporary reduction in the hearing.

Do not worry! This is quite normal. You can consult your doctor for a thorough ear evaluation and ear wash, if required. Refrain from using Q-tips.

Hope this answers your query. Revert back to me if you have any follow-up queries.
