Brief Answer:
No interventions

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your query.

Fibroid uterus unless symptomatic are not meddled with. Small-sized ones sometimes regress on their own without any treatment. In your case since its small, there would be no need for any intervention. It will not affect fertility provided it has not invaded the endometrium. The fibroids are usually restricted to the myometrium of the uterus.

Sometimes these fibroids can undergo degeneration leading to pain and bloody white discharge, it is then an emergence and need to be resected at the earliest.

Hope, I answered your query.

Wish you good health.

regards,
