This seems to be viral like flu or maybe another viral. In my observation, flu, dengue and some other virals are currently going around and are taking longer than usual time to recover.
Do you have any other symptoms apart from body pain and headache? Are the symptoms resolving?
Since you have symptoms since last Monday, its been 10 days, it is time to get tested. You may get complete blood count done for these symptoms.
Meanwhile, you may take paracetamol 500 mg 3-4 times a day for fever, headache and body ache.
