The symptoms you are experiencing is suggestive of Flu.
Here are few things to help relieve the discomfort.
-Drink plenty offluids.Stay hydrated
-Steam Inhalation daily to open up the sinuses
-Use saline nasal drops
-Tylenol for fever and pain
You can use over the counter decongestants like Actifed cold tablets. Please note if the decongestants contain Acetaminophen. Of so,do not take Tylenol
-Warm saline gargle to relieve throat discomfort.
-Since you are experiencing stomach discomfort too, please follow mild liquid diet like soup and BRAT (Banana, Applesauce, Rice, Toast) diet

The symptoms should subside in next 7 days. If the symptoms persist after a week or you experience worsening fever,breathing difficulty etc please follow up with your primary care provider.
