
What Do Abdominal Bloating, Tiredness And Tingling Sensation In The Breasts Indicate?

Question: Dear Doctor,
I missed my period which never happened, until I was pregnant and had an early loss in Aug 16.
Now XXXXXXX 5th was my last period. I did two HPTs on 14th Feb and 17th Feb, 2017 they came out negative. Today I did a ultrasound scan and there is no signs of pregnancy. But they discovered a 28mm simple cyst.
I have all symptoms of pregnancy hungry, bloated tummy, nausea, tiredness, tingles in my breast. I'm so confused can you please advise am I pregnant ?

I do understand your pain and discomfort.
As per your history is concerned you have already done two times pregnancy test and done an ultrasound examination and found negative so there is no chance of pregnancy now.
Your secondary amenorrhoea is due to cyst only and cyst size is only 28 mm so it is very small one only more than 10 cm is recommended for surgical treatment. So do a CA125 test.
If you have all these symptoms then repeat after 12 days.
