Brief Answer:
Ischemia means incomplete loss of blood flow to an organ

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

It seems you got an ECG done and results showed abnormal ECG and possible ischemia.

It means that there has been a compromise in blood flow to a part of the muscle of the heart. It is different from infarction. In infarction there is complete closure of blood flow to a part of heart muscle which results in necrosis of that part of heart.

In simpler terms, you have had a minor heart attack and it is time to see a cardiologist, get a better understanding of your heart's health and figure out ways to over come it.
