What Do Amenorrhea, Abdominal Bloating And Dizziness Indicate?

Question: Hello,
I don't know if I can get the answers I'm looking for here, but I'll give it a shot. Ever since I start my period at 13, they have been irregular (I am now 18). I have skipped for 11 months before, but I chocked it up to hormones. However, for the past 10 months they have been even more irregular and worrisome. I get random cramps that at times can leave me hunched over, unable to move. I spot randomly and then skip my period for months, also. I have been and and I'm leaning towards PCOS...mostly because I have had several of the other symptoms since I have hit my teens (random dizziness, frequent urination, random bloating, excessive hair and then thinning hair etc etc). I guess my question is, does this sound like it could be a possibility?
Thank you!

Brief Answer:
Ultrasound advised
Detailed Answer:
Helli dear, thanks for trusting health care magic.
Yes dear it is quite suggestive of PCOD
and needs evaluation.
I would like to advise an ultrasound for ovaries and in case you have had it already then please upload your report.
