Detailed Answer:
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.
Hi, I am Dr Anshul Varshney , I have read your query in detail , I understand your concern.
You seem to be suffering from Jaundice and this requires evaluation of the cause.
Most common causes being Viral hepatitis, Drugs, Alcohol.
If you consume alcohol, then it might be the reason and other wise, you need to get following tests done:
1. HbsAg And Anti HCV antibody for Hepatitis B and C
2. Anti HAV and Anti HEV Antibody for Hepatitis A and E
3. Ultrasound Abdomen.
Till the reports are available, you can be started on Ursodoxycholic acid 300 mg twice daily.
For Vitamin D deficiency, you need to take Cap Uprise D3 60 k once weekly for 3 months initially.
This is my personal opinion based on details available here. If you still have any other query, you may please ask me.
Stay Healthy.
Dr Anshul Varshney , MD

Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend,
I would need to see your reports once to get the clue, because the clue to your swelling and breathlessness lies in your reports only.
You have jaundice, and if you have associated breathlessness, this could be associated Low hemoglobin levels.
I need to see your reports. Attach all reports specially Complete blood count, Liver function test and Ultrasound report.

Sir low vitamin d3 causes swelling body shortnes breath my body weight 1kg high in one week
Get an Ultrasound Abdomen
Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend, You have Indirect Hyperbilirubenimeia and this requires two further tests:
1. Utrasound abdomen
2. ECHO
Low vitamin D levels are not going to cause sudden body swelling and weight gain.
You need evaluation for liver diseases.
There is some liver pathology going on.
I would recommend you to see your doctor for further evaluation for the cause of jaundice.
