What Do Black Dots At The Base Of The Scrotum?
Question: Hi, today I noticed two black dots, slightly bigger than a pen tip, at the very base of scotum. They are not raised or itchy or anything. They appear to be apart of the skin. smooth to the touch. I have no clue how long they've been there. I've done a little research but cant seem to find any good information. Any information on the matter would be greatly appreciated.

Brief Answer:
Harmless mole, just observation is sufficient
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome.
Thanks for providing the pictures.
Based on the picture it appears to be a mole, it is comprised of skin cells that have grown in a group rather than individually. Based on the information and pictures I feel they are harmless.
In the absence of pain itching, I would suggest for just observation. I would suggest you to see dermatologist If there is any changes in the size, or shape .
Hope this helps
