The individual was a hurricane evacuee from FL. We did not get a photo image of his concerned leg. Can you tell me what situations would result in this presentation? The blister formed over the last 3 days and was above the skin about 1 1/2", was not hot or cold to the touch. I have never seen anything like it. Thanks for your kind attention.
