Brief Answer:
It seems there is liver pathology and both are related
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for reverting back to me.
The presence of yellow floating stills, with heart burn and digestive problems indicate toward liver pathology. It is possible that the liver pathology is implicated both for stingy discharge and heavy bleeding.
I think it will be better to se the liver results before making any decision provided there is no emergency.
I hope this helps you.
If you have more questions feel free to write back to me.
Thanks and regards.

Can you give me some more information on what could be wrong? I also have a lot of back ache last 3 days at the very bottom of my back
Brief Answer:
It is malabsorption and nutrition deficiency
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for reverting back to me.
Although it is not possible to speculate exact cause but there is evidence of malabsorption and possible nutritional deficiency. There malabsorption could be due to liver impairment thus decreased formation of plasma proteins and coagnulation factors.
This often results in abnormal heavy bleeding and other symptoms which you have mentioned.
I hope this clarifies further.
If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.
If not, you may close the discussion and if possible you may rate the answer for my future patients.
