What Do Bubble Looking Bumps In Throat Indicate?

Question: Hi, I am sending a pic of my throat. I don't feel anything particularly bad, maybe a bit uncomfortable sometimes in the throat, but I don't know if it look inflamed. Like it has some bumps. Especially some bubble-ish bump. Please just check if there is something weird about it. At the right part you can see a bump that I think might have a bit of blood.
