Brief Answer:
Acne. Oral and topical medication
Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you.
I am Dr kakkar (Dermatologist and Venereologist). I have noted your concern and I have viewed the image.
It seems an acne cyst/nodule.
I suggest you to apply a topical 1% Clindamycin and 5% Benzoyl peroxide combination e.g Clindoxyl gel, twice daily.
In addition to this I suggest you to take an oral antibiotic e.g Tab Azithromycin 250mg once a day for 2 weeks.
These are prescription medications and I advice you to talk to your local practitioner for a prescription of the same.
Regards
