Ans: Soft. When touch with finger it can be press
-Is she having decayed tooth in upper front region?
Ans: Yes, seems she has mild decay.
-Is there pain in any of the tooth also?
Ans: Yes, she is having pain in the tooths also. Tooths around bump at upper side.
