What Do Cold Sweating On Face And Forehead Indicate In A Newborn?

Question: My new born child (2 month old) while breast feeding is experiencing cold sweating on face and forehead. Please advise if this is normal? or any thing to worry!
Brief Answer:
Sweating on the forehead while feeding needs evaluation
Detailed Answer:
Hi... I understand your concern. Sweating on the forehead while feeding is very very specific sign of structural or congenital heart disease.
The other danger signs include, inability to feed, suck rest suck cycle while feeding, that is, resting in-between while feeding and bluish discoloration of the lips and tongue and finger nail beds.
I suggest that you get an echocardiogram done to your baby.
