Brief Answer:
get a serum beta hcg test done...

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query to hcm,
The fact that you had unprotected sex with your partner on 26/27th XXXXXXX when you were in your fertile period, post ovulation , then chances of you getting pregnant are high. Generally after 5-7 days of intercourse, mild vaginal bleed along with mild abdominal cramps are seen in case of an implantation. As this is still a possibility , hence it is suggested that you should get a serum beta hcg test done soon to rule out pregnancy as of now as this is the only test which can be done before the menses start to confirm or rule out pregnancy depending on the hcg levels.

If the hcg levels are more than 1 or raised, you are pregnant, else pregnancy is surely ruled out and the cramping can be safely attributed to PMS.
