What Do Dark Brown Spots And Burning Pain In The Legs Indicate?

Question: A couple of years ago, I notice a dark brown spot on left side. It's rough skin and sometimes it's itchy and burning pain. Now it's spreading up to my back and down to my leg. What can I do?

Also I have problems with ingrown toe nails.
