Hello. Thank you for writing to us
I am dr.kakkar (dermatologist). I have gone through your query and I have viewed the Images.
I can see dry, mildly scaly, raised, violaceous patch on the breast and a few rough, raised, pigmented lesions on the back.
I would like to know if she has any symptoms like itching?
The lesion on her breast seems eczematous and probably would be itchy. Whereas the lesions on her back are probably seborrheic keratosis which is usually asymptomatic
Regards

I dont think it is itchi, we never show her while scratching on breast & back& she also cant tell if it is itchi because she is damantia patient.
Brief Answer:
Regarding skin lesions on breast and neck
Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you.
I suggest you to apply Momate-S ointment ointment, twice daily for the lesion on her breast.
The lesions on her neck i.e seborrheic keratosis need to removed with electrosurgery. They are benign. They are not warts.
Regards
