Brief Answer:
Delayed menses could be due to some other reasons.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I appreciate your concern for the delayed period.
There is nothing to worry.

In view of the NEGATIVE HPT, other factors such as hormonal imbalances, stress or emotional upset, or disease of the ovary might be responsible for the delayed menses.

I would therefore advise you to consult a gynecologist for proper evaluation and may be you need to have lab tests like estimation of blood hormones and pelvic ultrasound scan.

Can you please elaborate what does 'ttc' stand for?
Hope I could answer your query.
