Question: My period has been late for 15 days. I been really tired these pass two days and I thought ht my period had come this morning as I had a cramp feeling in my lower abdomen. Went to poop but realized there were red streaks on my poop m can't tell if it's blood. The cramp didn't go away and felt abit worse. No period. Abit better now after lying down. What could this be

I have read your notes carefully. From your notes it appears that you may be having anal fissure. Consult surgeon to be evaluated for the same.
If the red streaks on your poop are not blood, then it is possible that the cramps indicate that your periods will start shortly.
