What Do Earaches And Nosebleeds In A Child Indicate?

Give some analgesic, get him examined by an ENT specialist.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I wont get overly worried for earache if there is no history of trauma, any discharge, swelling or redness.
You may give analgesic like Paracetamol or combination of Paracetamol and Ibuprofen.
Considering the average weight of 15-20 kg at this age the dose will be 10 ml of syrup(about 200-250 mg of paracetamol). This will provide relief.
Nose bleeding and ear ache both can be there if there is any cold, nasal congestion. There can be other causes also which can be identified after clinical examination.
Pinch the nose between your thumb and index finger while keeping your head back with neck extended if the nasal bleed recurs.
This will help in stopping the nasal bleed.
If bleeding persists consult your paediatrician immediately.
I would suggest you consult an ENT specialist for proper evaluation.
Hope I have answered your query.
Take care
