of dyspepsia.Antacid like Pepto bismol can be taken for few days along with it.
Any over counter probiotic should be taken for few days to provide relief in symptoms.
For nausea take OTC Zofran 4 mg twice daily for 3 days.
As your back is sore due to fall i would suggest you to use linseed oil with diclofenac ointment twice daily over the inflamed are. Hot water bottle can also be used for relief.
Tylenol can be taken thrice daily for a earlier and quick recovery.
Take easily digestible food like milk,juices and fruits,
