The blockage during exhalation can be due to a nasal polyp or mass or s mucus plug. you should get an endoscopic examination of the nose or a CT scan paranasal sinuses done. You should get yourself examined by an Ent specialist.
Use a decongestant nasal drops like Otrivin. It might help to relieve the symptoms temporarily.
Any history of bleeding from the nose?
Any nasal discharge?

Nasal blockage
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for the information.
As the blockage is not continuous, it is probably an allergic mucosal hypertrophy. You should get a xray paranasal sinuses done to rule out any nasal pathology.
Take the medicine as prescribed.
Take tablet levocetrizine plus pseudoephedrine twice daily for a week along with nasal drops.
All the medicine prescribed by me will be available only on prescription.
Any further questions are always welcome.
