Brief Answer:
Sleep apnea + Medications.

Detailed Answer:
Good morning ,
Noted your question. I am sorry to hear about your symptoms.
Noted the medical history and medication list. When was the last time you had the renal function tests done? From the medical history, yoir symptoms could be related to a Sleep apnea and medications. Sleep apnea could cause tiredness which can be worsened by Xanac and Oxycodone. If the renal function is impaired, Xanac and Oxycodone can stay in your body for longer periods and can cause drowsiness and tiredness. Apart from this, may i suggest to do following tests.
1) Fasting Blood glucose
2) CBC ( complete blood count ).
3) Electrolytes.
4) Liver and Renal ( kidney) function tests.
5)Thyroid function test( TSH).

These are the primary tests which may throw some light and we can proceed further.

Kind regards
Binu
