My son is 2 years old and he makes gulping or swallowing sounds when he is asleep. This is seen during nights more frequently from past few months. But he is active and feeding well during the day. Getting a little bit worried as it happens almost every night

Doctor could you please suggest any home remedies to get this cured as i feel that his sleep is getting disturbed due to this
