default
Posted on Mon, 19 Dec 2016
Question: I have what feels to be a hardening mass just below rib cage on my left front and running down the side of my left abdomen. Only minor pain though, if at all. I have also been experiencing bubbly or foamy urine when i go to the bathroom. No pain there either. i have also noticed significant weight loss, like 20 lbs. in the last couple of months. What should i do?

Brief Answer:
Hello dear. You require evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. I have gone through the details. A significant loss of weight along with a mass lesion on chest wall warrants investigation. Please get a chest ct scan done along with a urine routine examination. These two investigations will help us to pin point the cause and then further tests as per the need may be carried out. The differential diagnosis depending upon the history can be either some tumor or a tuberculous infection.
Please revert back with the reports
Thanks and regards
