Brief Answer:
Acute sinusitis
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
From the complaints, it seems to be acute maxillary sinusitis with infection spreading to the eye.
It is more evident from the fact that you are having nasal blockage for many days.
You should immediately visit an Ent specialist for a proper antibiotic treatment or surgery to drain the sinus might be required.
A headache might be due to this only.
A CT scan paranasal sinuses must be done and you can send me the pictures. Also, send me the picture of your face so that I can suggest you better.
Hope I have answered your query.
Take care
