Question: 2D ECHOCARDIOGRAPHY says "Estimated PA pressure : 50 mmHg(systolic). Left ventricular wall motion abnormality with mild systolic dysfunction". What does that mean? How serious is this?
Brief Answer:
Kindly Re-upload the report
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
If PA pressure is more than 50 mmHg then possibilities of having Pulmonary Artery Hypertension are there.
And if is some Left wall motion abnormality then it may need further evaluation of cardiac disease.
Kindly re-upload the reports from your dashboard so that I can have a look into your case and guide you in a proper way.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Brief Answer:
Further cardiac evaluation needed
Detailed answer:
Hello,
After reviewing the reports it's clear that the heart function is slightly reduced and also some portion of the heart is not contracting.
Now, this has to be evaluated to understand the underlying cause of this.
Next step is to go for a coronary angiogram so as to know the status of blockage in arteries. After that, further management will be decided.
Hope I have answered your query.
