Brief Answer:
No need to worry

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome to HealthcareMagic,

First of all, if it’s not causing you any pain, and you don’t have any other symptoms, then it’s probably nothing serious. This is usually seen in some skin issues such as dermatitis, skin atrophy or scarring or trauma.

This is usually limited to skin and subcutaneous tissue and this is not real indentation in the skull. Sometimes basal-cellular skin tumor may manifest on this way but this is a rarity.

I don't think that any treatment is required at this point, but if a headache or indentation progression occurs, then you should do a CT scan just to ease your minds.

Wish you good health.
