Brief Answer:
Minor changes are there

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

This is not a good quality ECG as there is a bizarre pattern at the beginning which is likely an ARTEFACTS. Also, tracings in lead I II III are not clear, so it is better if ECG is repeated. Anyway, in the remaining part, there is left axis deviation due to Left anterior fascicular block, and single VPC is seen. No significant ST T changes seen.

So this suggest, there are minor changes in the ECG which can be found in otherwise normal individuals as well. However, it's better to go for echo to rule out possibility of structural heart disease.

So overall, ECG is grossly fine with some minor changes, which are usually benign, which should be evaluated with echo.

Hope this helps you and get back if you have any doubts.

Brief Answer:
Echo

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Better to go directly for echo as we have got some idea regarding ECG from the current one, and in any case echo is necessary.

There are multiple conducting fibers, which conducts electricity from one part of heart to other and one of them (anterior) is blocked in your ECG. This leads to change in axis of heart to the left. This is not a serious issue and commonly seen in normal individuals.

VPC is an ectopic or extra beat which are commonly seen in young patients, however we should rule out some structural heart disease, which can be done with echo.
So overall, there are some minor changes, for which echo is warranted.

All the best.

Brief Answer:
It's more or less same

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I have gone through the new ECG and it's more or less same. The new change, which is evident now is INTRAVENTRICULAR CONDUCTION DEFECT, which is a also a manifestation of blocks like we discussed yesterday for left anterior fascicular block. This again is not worrisome. This basically means, small conducting fibers of heart are not properly working. This is common to find and not worrisome.

So we'll just get one echo done to rule out any structural heart disease, due to Left anterior fascicular block.
Overall there are some changes which are not worrisome.

All the best.

Brief Answer:
Not in most, but some patients

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

These are seen in 5-10 percent of healthy individuals. So these don't always suggest serious abnormalities. There is no treatment necessary for this, but we just need to rule out possibility of underlying heart disease. These are also commonly seen in athletes.
So nothing to worry about it. And echo is necessary.

All the best.

Brief Answer:
Nothing to worry about it

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

These are general symptoms and not suggestive of any serious illness. Commonly this may occur due to stress. However, it also occurs due to vitamin deficiency like B complex or Vitamin D, or sometimes due to thyroid problems.

So, you may have Tab Neurobion forte once a for 10 days. This is multivitamin supplements help in relieving your symptoms.
If your symptoms persist then you should have some blood tests like THYROID PROFILE, Vit D level and sugar levels done.

Dear Sir
I have gone through VIT D and B12. REPORT ATTACHED.
doctor
Answered by Dr. Sagar Makode (33 minutes later)
Brief Answer:
Vit D is low

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Okay, I have gone through your reports. I have noted the following abnormalities.
Firstly, your Vitamin D is low, so it's need treatment. You should have Tab Uprise D3 60,000 units once a week for eight weeks then once a month for next six months.
Also, your Vitamin B12 is on lower side, you should either Neurobion forte once a day for 2 weeks.

Your triglyceride is mildly elevated and there is fatty liver, so both these things can be cured with healthy lifestyle, regular exercises, low fat, oily diet. You should try to achieve some weight loss at least. Your ALT AND GGT are elevated to likely due to fatty liver only. So these measures along with less of meat (if you are non vegetarian) will help to control uric acid level as well. You should get uric acid level repeated after 3 months.

Next is your hemoglobin which is mildly less, but RBC count is more and MCV is low, which is suggestive of iron deficiency. So you should get serum iron studies done and likely you'll supplements after that.
