I would like to know the specifics on which the specimen the test is showing loaded pus cells(multiple pus cells)...

Fever is a common association with pus collection anywhere in the body including urine, however, it's like that pus cells can be there without fever too.

An antibiotic treatment should be given depending on the site. Please let me know the type of specimen, why the test was performed and associated symptoms, if any so that I better able to help you out.

It's written pus cell only....which is loaded RBC occasional. ..specific gravity 1.020....deposit present ....reaction acidic....proteins traces....she got fever 5 days before ....We were asked for urine test....that the report was pus cells 30 -35.....but next day fever was gone without any medicine....so we were relaxed....We took the report to the doctor after 3 days along with the culture report...In which e. Coli was 80000...doctor said we should have shown the routine report earlier and started with the antibiotic....that day we went for another routine test before starting the medication...of which the details r sent.....she is just 5 and half months old....Wat treatment is suitable....do we need to admit her in hospital and do a 7 day course or antibiotics ll help....plzzz suggest.....

I have gone through the details and would like to continue the antibiotic as prescribed by your doctor.The report is suggestive of urinary infection and unless there is any complication most of the time it improves with oral medication.
I won't get overly worried if there are no associated symptoms like fever,blood in urine, dribbling of urine or retention of urine.
Observe for the above symptoms along with feeding behaviour and general activity and if you notice any abnormality please consult your pediatrician for detailed evaluation and management accordingly.
As per age based recommendation baby should go for ultrasound examination of kidney, ureter and urinary bladder to find any underlying kidney disorder.
Even when baby is asymptomatic, one repeat urinary test should also be done after a week of antibiotic to see the response.
