Hi, There is no medical history for me. Its just I am 34 yrs old. SO decided for taking up medical tests. I have low BP from more than 10 yrs and when i lose weight I get serious.... blackouts. So I keep my weight in higher side.
Brief Answer:
As discussed in details below.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Your medical tests show the positive findings as below:
- Vitamin D deficiency with low calcium: Needs prescription based treatment.
- You should go for FreeT3, FreeT4 estimation as you are already under treatment.
TSH alone is not to worry about as this is secreted by Pituitary and thus just a higher side does not mean to increase Thyronorm if FreeT3 and FreeT4 are within normal range.
- About CBC: The blood counts are near normal and mild variations need not be worried about unless correlated with the clinical picture.
About weight, blackouts and low blood pressure: Needs a proper clinical evaluation and correlation with reports, additional investigations like:
X-ray of the chest.
Ultrasonography of abdomen.
Cardiac evaluation by a Cardiologist, relevant investigations.
Further investigations as per the clinical findings for proper diagnosis and management.
Correction of the deficiencies as per the reports may help you.
I hope this answer helps you in discussion with your Doctor for proper diagnosis, further investigations and proper management.
Hope I have answered your query.
Take care
