Brief Answer:
anisocytosis

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for query.

I understand your concern. Your Hemoglobin levels are fine.
Anisocytosis( unequal RBC'S) in your case can be due to anemia and Vitamin B12 deficiency.
There is no serious issue at all, so you can just relax.Make sure your Vitamin B12 levels are fine.

Get back if any query.

Brief Answer:
platelets normal

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for follow up.

Your platelets are 1,99,000 which are within normal limit.
Low PDW and P-LCR indicate bone marrow disorder and infectious diseases.
If you are really worried then get an ultrasound abdomen and Vitamin-B12 levels done.
Vitamin B12 deficiency leads to extreme fatigue, lethargy, frequent headaches, pale skin.

Brief Answer:
just relax....

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank your for follow up.
Ultrasound abdomen is to rule out other liver, gall bladder or kidney issues if any.
Don't take it too seriously. I think in your case except Vit B12 deficiency everything will be normal.Your PDW is 9.5 which is slightly low because of lab differences. You can just ignore it..

Try to take unpolished brown rice daily.
