Brief Answer:
Take another bp medication

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
This is Dr Sameer.
Atenolol alone is not a very potent antihypertensive medication. It won't decrease the bp to much extent. Still you can take another drug as maximum dose per day is 100mg.
I will recommend you to take a antihypertensive of other class like Amlodipine which is a better antihypertensive agent & taking a antihypertensive of other class will be more potent than a maximum dose of single drug.
Thanks
