What Do My CT Scan Test Results Indicate?
right lower lobe. No abnormality is evident at the right hilum.
Mild emphysematous changes of the lungs are seen.
There is a purely ground-glass nodule identified in the superior segment of
the left lower lobe peripherally. It is best seen on image 17 of series 3
measuring 7 mm transversely.
No pleural nor pericardial effusion is identified.
There is mild aneurysmal dilatation of the ascending aorta with maximum
diameter 4.3 cm. No mediastinal adenopathy is appreciated. No axillary
adenopathy is identified. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN AND SHOULD I BE CONCERNED?

Your CT report is suggestive of infection and bronchitis.
Atelectesis is partial collapse of part of lung.
Mostly it is due to mucus in th bronchus.
So, you should definitely consult pulmonologist and get done clinical examination of respiratory system and PFT (Pulmonary Function Test).
PFT will not only diagnose bronchitis but it will also tell you about severity of the disease and treatment is based on severity only.
You will improve with antibiotic, mucolytic, expectorant drug. Inhaled bronchodilators and inhaled corticosteroid (ICS) are also useful in your case.
