What Do My Doppler Follicles Reading Indicate?
Question: Please help me with the report.
1 month back HysteroLaproscopy was done. And i was informed that everything was normal.
Then this month i had my period on 8th-March and on 10,12,14,16 i was administered Humog75ic .
Then again on 17th i was administered an injuction for follicles rupture.
on 17th march i.e today the Doppler follicles readings are as follows:
Day :10th
right OV Follicle : 21mm
DOPP : 2/3 18.9
left OV Follicle : msf
ER : 11 mm t-line
zone :3
Please let me know if everything is normal. I am getting administered so many injections ? will it cause any side affect ? When the doctor is saying that everything is normal then why is she administering so many injections and planning for IUI next month ?

Brief Answer:
Everything is fine
Detailed Answer:
Hello
I understand your concerns about injections given to stimulate the ovaries.
Following is my reply
1. Your doctor is giving you so many injections because he does not want you to get hyperstimulated.
2. Small doses of injections multiple times have less chance of hyperstimulation compared to single high dose. This is a standard protocol when suspecting hyperstimulation.
3. These injections are needed though everything is normal.
4. There are no side effects. Don't worry about it.
5. I think you should get IUI done this month only as follicles have grown well.
Let me know if you need any more clarifications.
