Brief Answer:
some abnormalities are variable on ECG

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I am Dr.Rajesh Teli,MD.
I have gone through your query. Thanks for using HCM.
I can understand your concern about different findings on ECG recorded at different time. Please note following information
1.There are few parameters which fluctuate from time time e.g.heart rate.this may vary even in ECGs recorded few minutes apart.
2.certain abnormality life T wave changes are also variable and may not be present in all ECGs and they are non specific.
3.Certain abnormalities on ECG which are effect of electrolyte imbalance and drug effect ,disappear once basic problem is corrected.
4.Technical error can produce such difference.
So it is very important to correlate with clinical picture to interpret such variation
If you give me different ECG with relevant clinical informaiton I can guide you further.
My best wishes

Brief Answer:
It is error by machine

Detailed Answer:
hello,
I have gone through all your ECGs.In our day to day practice we come across many such cases ,where it is Auto reporting of ECG by machine which is improper !
Such machines are having prefed data to interpret the ECG.But it has many limitations, certain borderline and insignificant findings are reported as abnormal.Even movement of limb by patient stretching the waves is abnormally reported by machine ! in your case this is the story and that's why your doctor has ignored this finding. You can understand that machine can't work like human mind.
Moreover ECG it self has many false positive and false negative information which can be interpreted properly by expert and experienced cardiologist.
So your ECGs are normal .If you have continuous intermittent chest pain I suggest you to get your Exercise treadmill test done. This will rule out angina as cause of your chest pain.
My best wishes
Dr.Teli.
